Privacy & Cookies
How we handle your information, protect the site, and respect your privacy.
Information We Collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, category, message, and any photos you choose to submit.
Choose Private message to contact us without public sharing: your message and any attached photos stay private and are not published in the gallery or used in videos. Choose Community gallery submission to offer photos, a display name, and a public caption for publication after review. Your private note, full name, and email are not displayed publicly. Optional video permission is separate.
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, interaction events, and the date and time of your visit.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to respond to messages, review submissions, operate and secure the community gallery, understand site usage, and improve the site.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile checks technical browser and device signals; it does not receive the contents of your message or other contact-form entries. Learn more in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate, secure, measure, and support the site, including Google for analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or with your direction or consent.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and how visitors interact with the site. Google may use cookies and similar technologies and receive technical and usage information for site measurement.

Optional App Notifications
Installing the Strong Hands Reborn Dad web app and receiving notifications are separate, optional choices. Community announcements, weekly features, and weekly Shorts start selected so you can uncheck any topics you do not want before choosing Enable Notifications. Notifications are not subscribed automatically when you visit or install the app, and your browser or device must also allow them.
Notification setup does not require a visitor account or email address. We store a random anonymous browser/app identifier, a hash of its management secret, your selected topics and pause setting, and the push subscription address and encryption-key material needed for delivery. A management credential saved in your browser/app lets you change these choices without signing in. We do not use device fingerprinting for notification subscriptions.
Delivery uses the push service chosen by your browser, such as Apple, Google, or Mozilla. A successful response from that service does not prove that a notification appeared or was read; connectivity, device settings, and Focus settings may affect delivery.
You can change topics, pause updates, or unsubscribe through App Settings. Your operating system and browser separately control notification permission, presentation, sounds, and badges. Preferences do not automatically synchronize across devices. An installed Chrome app may share preferences and storage with its browser profile, and clearing browser/app data or reinstalling may require setup again.
Active subscription details are retained while the subscription remains usable and opted in. Unsubscribing immediately clears the server's push address and delivery encryption keys; we also clear them when the delivery service reports an expired subscription. Expired event and delivery diagnostics and revoked anonymous management records are removed after 90 days by the notification worker. Short-lived abuse-prevention records use a hashed network identifier and are removed after 24 hours by that worker.
Cookies, Caching, and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies for site security, preferences, and access to protected community-gallery images. These cookies are necessary for the site to function.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies for site measurement. Your browser may cache site files, such as images, styles, and scripts, to help pages load faster.
We no longer serve Google AdSense website ads. Embedded YouTube videos are separate Google services and may use their own cookies and display ads when played.
Your Privacy Choices
The site notice acknowledges our use of cookies, caching, and Google Analytics; dismissing it does not change Analytics settings. You can block or delete cookies and clear cached files through your browser settings, although some site features may not work correctly.
Security & Access Logs
To protect gallery images from abuse, we log access attempts and may temporarily block or ban suspicious activity.
These logs can include IP address, browser user agent, time of access, and the image requested.
Retention
Photos are retained for a limited time, and older uploads are removed automatically based on site settings.
Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, legal, and operational needs. If you need your submission removed, contact us and we will help.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice as the site or our services change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest changes took effect.
