A completed chapter in Little Livie’s story
Little Livie has found her next loving home. This article accompanies the results feature from August 1, 2026. The giveaway is closed; the video and this page are a record of that completed community project, not an invitation to enter now.
Eighteen nominations were considered through an independent panel review. In the feature, I explain the 60-point scoring process and recognize the stories shared with the panel before revealing the selected recipient.
Packing with care
The episode also follows the practical part of the handoff: carefully boxing Little Livie and showing the outfits, keepsakes and other items included. Preparing the box gives the story a quieter moment alongside the results announcement.
Sending a doll onward can mean more than closing a package. In this video, it is a chance to acknowledge the people who nominated someone and the thought they put into describing why that person mattered to them.
Celebrating the people involved
The feature recognizes runners-up, an honorable mention and the selected recipient. Rather than treating those stories as a contest that defines anyone’s worth, I want to honor the care people showed in nominating someone special.
For the complete reveal and the explanation of the process, watch the embedded episode. Please keep any discussion of the people involved supportive and respectful. The lasting part of this project is the encouragement shared through the community, and I am grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.
